About this artwork
There is something mesmerising about this head. It is produced in charcoal with acrylic washes and background. The paper within the confines of the image has been distressed which gives it a sense of relief. I was delighted that this texture was reproduced in the print. It has a power and presence that cannot be ignored. No one could accuse it of being pretty but it certainly stands out!
It is a high quality, hand produced glicee print on French… wove paper. Limited edition of 100.
