VOYAGER A
It looks like a boat but would it float?
Boats are a very ancient form of transport to real places, or symbolically to the ethereal. It is open for every person who comes across the sculpture to attach their own personal, story and interpretation to the allegorical form.
Cast in solid bronze and standing on an oxidised brass base the interior is finished in vibrant blues, separated from the subtle patinated exterior by natural bronze… edges which also define the shape.
My monogram signature and a unique number appear on the underside of the brass baseplate.
