A subject seen and reviewed, but here the artist wanted to express with a discreet sunset, all the sweetness of the "present moment", appeasement, calm.
He had fun including in the canvas a beach in real fine Mediterranean sand where he has enjoyed going on vacation for many years, not to mention his 20 years of living in Collioure, a fishing and painting village (from 1962 to 1982 ).

Philippe Jamin is a French painter and sculptor whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in the United Kingdom. His painterly compositions are created with oils on canvas, and he employs marble, resin, and bronze in his sculptural pieces.
