Yes, it is easier said than done, but it is very easy just to go out and enjoy the sunshine. Some of the negative things in life we have no influence on, but a lot of stuff, like spending too much time on social media or on a smart device in general is one of the thing we actually control. Slide it to the side… and enjoy the sunshine. We need it harder than ever!
