About this artwork
Obfuscate means to be evasive, unclear, or confusing and that is what I did. I am unclear with this paintings. It has a few different recognizable elements, a dash of humor and a large abstract part with a lot of motion. Even when you zoom in you can see little details like a ladybug, which of course doesn't stand put in such a large painting. But it is not just about being obfuscate, but also feeling unclear or confused. Feeling like the yellow…
leaf between all the green ones.
It is painted with different kinds of acrylics, spray paints, acrylic pens and graffiti ink on canvas in a neo-expressionistic style, combined with pop art and abstract expressionism. It has a great balance between color contrast, open sections, motion in abstract and detail. This is a 78.74" x 78.74" eye catcher.
