About this artwork
This painting captures a village of white houses and blue roofs beneath clouds of pink blossoms. The deep blue sky and bright yellow sun lend the scene a sense of warmth and springtime wonder. Though each home is distinct, together they evoke the closeness of a community and the lasting comfort of memories of home.
