About this artwork
I painted this work with oil paint in order to show as much as possible the voluptuousness of this iris and the richness of its nuances which are both subtle and delicate and that is what is characteristic of the iris but it was necessary to compose and highlight the magical beauty of this contrast between the chiaroscuro which creates the mysterious and deep beauty of this work.
