About this artwork
Unique piece made with a finger on a tablet, printed on carved aluminum with a glossy effect and a 1.8cm spacer.
This work was born from a desire to bring nature into everyday spaces, conceived as a true artistic plant, a "bush" to hang on the wall. The structure is defined by a carving of sinuous, vibrant leaves, from which the face of a woman named Otto suddenly peeks out. Beneath the playful, botanical surface of this dense foliage lies the complexity… of the female inner world, which chooses when to reveal itself and when to remain protected. Otto thus becomes the keeper of a secret, a silent soul observing the outside world from behind her screen of leaves.
