At first, I allowed AI to generate descriptions of my paintings, but I soon realized that no artificial intelligence can truly capture the essence of what happens in my work.
My paintings are born in moments without concept, plan, or intention — only presence, intuition, and what I can describe as a state of flow. I once experienced something similar in tennis: those rare moments when action happens effortlessly, beyond thought.…
As the art critic Dr. Uwe Lempelius once observed, I am not an artist who paints what appears before the physical or inner eye. Rather, my work allows something deeper — something from the collective unconscious — to find expression.
As I learned through Zen and Advaita, the ego must step aside so that original energies may reveal themselves through painting.
Even the titles of my works arise spontaneously, intuitively — and often, the first impulse carries the deepest truth.
