About this artwork
The title "Tainted" reflects how breakups alter one's perception of the world and relationships, coloring one's view. Everyone perceives the world from a unique perspective, holding their own truths and methods of coping.
In the artworks, flowers and landscapes serve as symbols of hope and new possibilities, yet they also represent transience and the space needed for something or someone new to enter one's life. Landscapes can depict one's current… environment or situation, conveying damaged trust or the fear of vulnerability. Meanwhile, the colors and flowers embody the hope and courage required to believe once more and explore new opportunities.
