Let us explain the reason briefly.
We went to a bookshop to buy a book. As we thought, he chose a detective story, one of his favourites. He couldn't hide his excited feeling and sat on a bench around the corner. Then, he told us, “Please wait. I want to read this book a little bit.”
We know our dad well, so it means we have to wait until he finishes… reading the book. To be honest, we prefer sitting by him than walking with him. Enjoy reading, Dad! We are happy with waiting for you. What a great afternoon!
