I take pictures spontaneously without a plan, I just try to capture a moment of surprise, indoors or outdoors, on the street, during a walk, at an event.

I don't do staged work, advanced setups or studio work.

I have no need to make art, at most to deliver a message every now and then, but mostly I just do photography: telling an honest lie convincingly with good intentions. In a previous life I was a salesman.

It's a matter of focus and framing and deciding how to tell the story. But above all it's a matter of timing and just luck.
