About this artwork
Replicas of ourselves manifest themselves in dealing with the many labors of everyday life and choices for our future, with weaknesses and fears to witch we sometimes surrender in the desire and in the attempt to feel our conscience clear and put ourselves in safe in the cyclical becoming of life starting from its buds.
The work was created by composing separate still life photographs. The doll, therefore used symbolically to represent us, was posed… specifically for the context and then inserted later in post-production.
