About this artwork
I used a multiple exposure technique here to merge the autumnal trees around the mountain lake and the vibrant foliage into a single composition. This type of photography is created directly on location, which gives it an impressive sense of vibrancy.
The textures and colors of nature blend together, creating an almost painterly image. Each element complements the overall picture, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in a world full of details… and hidden corners. This image aims to awaken a deep appreciation for nature and bring vibrant energy to any space where it is displayed.
The artwork can also be produced in larger sizes upon request, or with a frame upon request.
The work was exhibited by ARTAVITA, World Wide Art, at ARTExpo New York 2025.

Romy Pfeifer, born in 1956 in Bad Säckingen, is a German photographer. After studying economics, she worked for a publishing house specializing in technical journals. Alongside her studies, she honed her photographic skills across a broad range of subjects, particularly portraiture, wildlife, travel, and landscape photography. She later left her professional career to dedicate herself entirely to photography. Her current focus is on experimental and abstract landscape and nature photography. She plays with light, color, and texture, creating photographs of landscapes and nature in which reality merges into abstraction.
Her works are exhibited at exhibitions and art fairs both in Italy and abroad, and have received numerous prizes and awards. Romy Pfeifer is represented by the MONAT Gallery in Madrid and contemporary art in Turin.
