About this artwork
I believe the right angle is overrated. With my series "NOT 90", I consciously oppose its oppressive dominance. This drawing takes the effect of the non-90 angle to its extreme and makes its expressive power visible.
In this work, I explore the interplay of form and contrast. The triangle represents tension and balance, while the red dot marks a focal point within the movement. The geometric structure creates a network of tension, vibrant energy,… and spatial depth.
