About this artwork
The image unfolds as a collage of lines and curves that seem to intersect, separate and fade away, evoking a constant struggle between what remains and what is lost.
Soft edges and transitional spaces allude to memories that try to emerge from a dark corner towards the light, but become distorted along the way. It is an abstract portrait of the mind, a place where fragmented memories coexist with emptiness, a composition that reflects the melancholic… beauty of the ephemeral and the incomplete.
Broken symmetry and monochromatic tones intensify the sense of an internal order slowly fading away, leaving only vestiges of what was once coherent.
Printed on 310gsm "Museum" RAG Photo Etching paper, 100% cotton, acid-free and without optical brighteners.
Unique work with a dry stamp that guarantees authenticity, as well as signed on the front and back.

Salva Nebot (Spain) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work has been exhibited in international institutions, galleries, and art fairs. His practice encompasses photography, painting, sculpture, and digital art, shaping a language that moves away from literal representation to explore subjective interpretation and the conceptual dimension. Influenced by the sensibility of German Expressionism, he articulates a critical reflection on perception, memory, and human experience. His work is characterized by formal rigor, the intense use of chiaroscuro, chromatic asceticism, and narrative fragmentation. Through light, shadow, and the superimposition of layers, he activates spaces of ambiguity and poetic density. His research addresses memory, absence, and oblivion, inviting the viewer to an interpretive threshold where the visible coexists with the latent.
