About this artwork
In creating this work, I wanted to explore the duality between life and death, beauty and decay. I used resin to give life to a classic shape, the skull, reinventing it through a bold and contemporary assemblage. The bright red that drips symbolizes vital persistence, the energy that flows even in the apparent staticity of destiny.
