About this artwork
In this monotype print, I wanted to capture the strength and charisma of an iconic figure like Queen Elizabeth II with vivid colors and bold contrasts typical of pop art. Energy and vitality explode through every brushstroke, creating a portrait that is not just an image, but a manifesto of personality and presence. It will bring vibrant dynamism and a touch of modernity to any space.

Credentials
- Featured in gallery curations
- Works on commission
I graduated in Painting from the Academy of Florence in 1988 and opened my first studio in Barga and later in Lucca. I have always explored the themes of women and the land as an identity, blending Tuscan tradition with 20th-century influences through my style, color, and materials: fresco, oil, earth, gold leaf, and concrete, murals, writing, tearing, and collage.
My female imagery ranges from nudes to posed portraits, while landscapes and nature become an inner mirror.
I dress Italian culture in pop, recounting historical personalities and contemporary icons with strong colors and verbal-visual clippings.
With instapainting I tried to unite art and social media, composing a social wall of ideas and moments with the slow pace of painting.
I have also exhibited in Chicago, London, Pietrasanta, Milan and Gardone Riviera.
