'POW! Crime Time 'is a work from the series' Tags & Abstract' that the artist has been doing for several years.
This one is of 2014, carried out in his workshop and one finds the spirit of accumulation and sets of compositions between the elements on the canvas.
It is a work composed of numerous signatures and diversions of the artist as well as some of its stencil, application of acrylics with brushes and collages.
We find his diverted… ticket, stencils 'S_ck Me I'm Popular', Coke and tags that he uses since the time of the late 80s and early 90s in the Paris wasteland.
The work is delivered between wooden board for maximum protection with tracking numbers and insurance included.
Are included certificate of authenticity of the gallery, signed by the artist.

« My current influences range from pop art, graphic design, fashion and my travels - from which I bring back posters taken in the streets and eventually integrate them into my work. »
JP Malot’s adolescence was marked by keen interest in Paris’s top graffiti artists. Finding art school too academic, he left to delve instead into set-making, fashion, street and pop art - foregoing high culture for the underground. Mixing techniques and materials including aerosol, collage, stencil, drawings and sculpture, his artistic signature is a stand-out.
