About this artwork
This is the first painting of a group of three small paintings painted at the end of 2021 and into the New Year. They each reflect on 2021 while anticipating what changes 2022 may bring. Ghost orchids are a fascinating flower, an endangered plant species due to human impact. Sarah's painting is a hopeful depiction for all life and living well.
