Waiting is something very difficult when the heart wants something to happen as soon as possible.

But even here you can't avoid the process... having patience with yourself
is a recurring exercise.
When I saw how the lower leaves of the fern had already opened, ready for the
world, the rest of the fern, however, is still introverted downwards
… I was reminded of the challenging exercise of patience.
Good things take time...
