The piece, inspired by expressionism, thrums with emotion, inviting viewers into a dance of figurative forms. It's a visual symphony intended to resonate within the viewer, energizing any space with its dynamic essence.

« In all of my work I'm interested in conveying the same sense of wonder, awe, and intrinsic poetry of the physical and emotional world that I sensed as a very young child. »
Scott Curtis is an established American artist who has exhibited his work throughout the US. Approaching each piece with a rigorous set of self-imposed constraints which he then attempts to subvert, he explores the possible results — both visual and emotional — of this manufactured tension between subject and obstacle. His resulting works showcase the fascinating interplay between represented objects and visual effects, and his overall artistic aesthetic appears versatile and assured.
