About this artwork
I've learned from trees that sometimes the best thing to do is to remain still. Painting them allows me to reflect on their tranquility, and they ultimately transmit it to me. At the same time, the palette I use is the one I grew up with in my tropical country. It's worth noting that these are European trees, and in this exchange, they share their peace and stillness with me, and I share my palette with them.
