“Pink & White” is part of a series under construction: Street fashion.
The model, a confident woman, with an assertive pose, is dressed in a Prada outfit and an adidas bucket hat. The turquoise background is discreetly dotted with the famous Louis Vuiton pattern.
In this work, I exploited acrylic and felt to capture a modern essence that is both figurative and pop art. The colors, pink, turquoise green and white express a bold and confident… attitude of the subject. I wanted to convey a message of inner strength and assertive style, as a double homage to femininity and fashion.
It’s a full-color celebration of the world of luxury street wear.

SeCam is a French artist whose inspiration originates from the "collective memory", including cinema, music, art in general, games, and nostalgia for the 1980s of his childhood. He describes his works as a fusion between surrealism, derision, and imagination, always being "dressed" in bright pop colors. A self-taught artist, he begins his artistic process with the manipulation of an image using digital programs, then brings them to life using acrylics, spray paint, and felt on canvas or wood.
