The story of being human starts when a human faces challenges... while struggling with the challenges, the real life begins to have a meaning... While we are challenging these struggles we feel ourselves in the dark. We feel imprisoned behind a wall that we will never reach... We see bad people, evil, heathens, we see self-seekers, we witness insincerity, selfishness...
In crafting this sculpture, I delved deep into the raw essence of… our human experience. Melding marble and clay, I sculpted a form emerging, striving against invisible bonds. It's more than a sculpture; it embodies the spirit of perseverance, an ode to the resilience within us all. Let this piece be a daily inspiration in your space, radiating the strength and beauty of human determination.

Seda Eyüboğlu is a sculptor based in Istanbul, Türkiye whose works have been exhibited nationally and in various European countries susch as Italy, Germany. In her abstract and figurative pieces, she fuses emotion with the organic nature of clay. Eyüboğlu employs varying techniques that focus on texture, light, and the balance of shadows to create a sense of harmony comprised of "full and empty concepts, as well as an asymmetric rhythm within the symmetry".
