While we are challenging these struggles we feel ourselves in the dark. We feel imprisoned behind a wall that we will never reach... We see bad people, evil, heathens, we see self-seekers, we witness insincerity, selfishness... Here, life is given to us one more time in that journey… from the darkness to the light. When we get out of the darkness and reach the light, the actual merit is to have the same purity, innocence and clarity.

Seda Eyüboğlu is a sculptor based in Istanbul, Türkiye whose works have been exhibited nationally and in various European countries susch as Italy, Germany. In her abstract and figurative pieces, she fuses emotion with the organic nature of clay. Eyüboğlu employs varying techniques that focus on texture, light, and the balance of shadows to create a sense of harmony comprised of "full and empty concepts, as well as an asymmetric rhythm within the symmetry".
