The MCM villa stands exactly as it should. Red loungers. Palm trees. A yellow umbrella that belongs to no one in particular.
The painting is built from flat, saturated colour zones — cadmium yellow, cobalt, magenta, turquoise. The architecture is rendered with deliberate precision: clean geometric planes, sharp… edges, the cool glass of the villa catching light in broad, confident strokes. The pool surface is almost untouched.
