Based in the rugged landscapes of the North, my work is a continuous exploration of the dialogue between human dwelling and the untamed wild. I am drawn to the rhythmic patterns of coastal villages and the solitary presence of remote hamlets, where every rooftop and window tells a story of resilience and belonging.
My process involves layering textures and a thoughtful use of color to evoke a sense of nostalgia and 'echoes' of the past. By simplifying forms into geometric harmonies, I seek to capture the quiet soul of the North—not just as a place, but as a feeling of home, memory, and the enduring beauty of the horizon.
