'So what is the time? If nobody asks me about it, I know, but if I have to explain it to someone who asks me, I don't know." - Augustine, Aurelius -
When creating the heavenly bodies, which belong to the living space of the sky, it is noticeable that the purpose of the heavenly bodies is mentioned in relatively many words (in the otherwise extremely sparse text): "to determine times, days and years" - in one Age without mechanical clocks understandable.… While all other creatures deal with the topic of life and its space, the work of creation on the fourth day, stars and the associated sky, deals with the topic of time.
However, this topic of time in the biblical account of creation can be thought of in two time systems:
• On the one hand 'Kairos' = in the days of God,
• On the other hand 'Chronos' = in the days of this world, which are rhythmized by the stars.
