About this artwork
With this work, I wanted to translate lightness, tranquility, and emotional depth into a minimalist visual language. The soft shades of pink, violet, and gray create a gentle atmosphere, while the dark, linear elements give the image structure, tension, and direction.
What particularly fascinates me here is the interplay between delicate surface and dense form. The blossoms don't appear clearly defined, but rather like a memory, a feeling, or a… fleeting moment. This creates an open, quiet presence that allows space for the eye and doesn't impose itself. The longer I look at the picture, the more its balance between fragility and expression unfolds.

I am a self-taught painter and work intuitively, freely, and strongly in the moment. Music, movement, and emotional impulses accompany my painting process and flow directly into my visual language. In my work, I am interested in contrasts, layers, rhythmic structures, and the connection between inner experience and organic form. I work primarily with acrylics on canvas. My works move between abstraction and the echo of nature and invite viewers to rediscover their own memories, feelings, and moods within them.
