About this artwork
Each artwork is framed in a 25 × 25 cm frame with a passe-partout, while the painting itself measures 15 × 15 cm.
This project is a collection of inner states — emotions that I explore, experience, and share. Each piece is like a book, a portal into states such as love, courage, strength, abundance, and connection.
These artworks are not only to be seen, but to be felt. Each one is accompanied by short mindfulness exercises and affirmations to… deepen the experience.
We are human beings — not machines. Our greatest gift is the ability to feel.
Everything we seek externally already exists within us — and this work invites you to rediscover it.
Stefania Fiedler is a painter and interdisciplinary artist from Uzbekistan, now based in Poland, working primarily in painting - acrylic and watercolor, with a rich academic background from the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts Poznań. Currently PhD candidate at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She employs expressive, sometimes chaotic––yet structured––techniques, blending expressionism with meditative daily sketches, and often experimenting with other materials within her installations. Her art acts as a portal to the subconscious, seeking to materialize inner emotions and invite deep reflection, ultimately conveying transformation, self-inquiry, and the nourishment of the soul through creativity. Alongside her artistic practice, she works in social art and creative education. What matters most to her is creating spaces in which each person can discover their own creative potential and reconnect with the Artist within.
