About this artwork
This work is a conceptual score for two souls – an intervention for self-location in dual existence, an impetus for continuous conversation and the reactivation of memory.
At its core, the artwork functions as a dialogue generator, in which the couple engages in a rhythmic exchange of questions and answers. The intimacy of the spoken response is transformed into a universal sign language: symbols become the encrypted essence of the experience.
… My role as an artist is that of catalytic co-creation. I translate these symbolic answers into a visual manifestation – complementing the primary work with nuanced coloring and the subtle details of the underlying communication.
The result is an absolute one-of-a-kind: each work created in this way is the direct, unadulterated essence of its creators. There are no duplicates, because it is an artifact of the relationship itself.
