Pegasus signage soaring over a pure sky. In my mind this is in downtown Dallas. But these metal signs were everywhere. I enjoyed working with a radically stripped-down color scheme. Red, blue, white. Red-inflected grays.
This is a nice, large canvas. We've hung this in our upstairs family room for long periods of time and the feeling that it generates is bold and eye-attracting.

Steve Spencer is a celebrated US painter who has amassed honors, awards, news articles and grants.
