About this artwork
When painting Tuscan landscapes what captures my eye firstly is the contrast of colour, textures, lines and shapes between the skies and the land.
The horizontal movement and flow of the undulating hills is heightened by the vertical lines of the cypress trees creating an almost geometrical effect. This is often seen in my paintings.
The sunsets, colours that never stop changing and offering me unlimited possibilities for to express my style.…
