About this artwork
The painting consists of a sequence of overlapping parabolas in a wide spectrum of colors. The colors range from cool blues and greens to warm yellows, oranges, pinks and purples, creating a vibrant and harmonious composition. The transparent layers of the shapes allow the colors to blend where they overlap, creating new hues and smooth gradients.
The overall impression is both dynamic and calming, as the soft, flowing forms appear to glide across… the canvas in waves, creating a sense of depth and fluidity. The interplay of light and color gives the painting an almost ethereal quality, inviting the viewer to explore the relationships between the colors and the spaces created. It conveys a sense of balance and connection, where each element, although standing alone, is part of a larger, unified whole.

My work moves between intuitive process and conceptual clarity. Through my ongoing series Zenpolychromos, I explore color as space, energy and experience. Using transparent layers, gesture and rhythm, I create paintings that invite contemplation. For me, color is not decorative but a living presence that opens a space between movement and stillness. Each work develops through a process of layering, reduction and intuitive decisions, creating compositions that balance emotional depth with visual clarity. Alongside Zenpolychromos, my collage series Fragmented Being explores identity, memory and transformation through reassembled visual fragments. My work invites viewers to experience color not simply as something to see, but as a space to enter. COLOR BECOMES SPACE.
