About this artwork
The painting consists of a sequence of overlapping parabolas in a wide spectrum of colors. The colors range from cool blues and greens to warm yellows, oranges, pinks and purples, creating a vibrant and harmonious composition. The transparent layers of the shapes allow the colors to blend where they overlap, creating new hues and smooth gradients.
The overall impression is both dynamic and calming, as the soft, flowing forms appear to glide across… the canvas in waves, creating a sense of depth and fluidity. The interplay of light and color gives the painting an almost ethereal quality, inviting the viewer to explore the relationships between the colors and the spaces created. My work moves between an intuitive process and a clearly defined conceptual framework.
In the Zenpolychromos series, I explore color as an energetic field in which feeling, consciousness, and structure merge.
Color determines the rhythm of my painting; its energy opens a space between movement and stillness.
Through layering, fragmentation, and gestural placements, a dialogue emerges between presence and emotion. Each work is an act of listening—a process in which color becomes vibration and perception translates into form.
In the collage series Fragmented Being, I explore identity as something incomplete. Figures, urban spaces, and pictorial elements are detached from their original context and reassembled. I understand the fragment not as a loss, but as a space of possibility in which perception, memory, and inner experience overlap.
