In Zenpolychromos 73, lightness and depth meet. Transparent layers of pink, violet, apricot, and yellow create a vibrant field of color that oscillates between movement and stillness. Dark, horizontal lines traverse the composition like lines of thought or horizons, lending the work a meditative structure.
The colors seem to permeate, dissolve, and reform each other. Light is not created by brightness alone, but by the superimposition of transparent… color spaces. This gives the image a unique atmosphere of openness and inner vastness.
Like many works in the Zenpolychromos series, this piece explores the relationship between perception, color, and consciousness. The horizontal orientation of the forms evokes landscapes, bodies of water, or distant horizons, without committing to a specific representation. This creates space for personal associations and inner imagery.

My work moves between intuitive process and conceptual clarity. Through my ongoing series Zenpolychromos, I explore color as space, energy and experience. Using transparent layers, gesture and rhythm, I create paintings that invite contemplation. For me, color is not decorative but a living presence that opens a space between movement and stillness. Each work develops through a process of layering, reduction and intuitive decisions, creating compositions that balance emotional depth with visual clarity. Alongside Zenpolychromos, my collage series Fragmented Being explores identity, memory and transformation through reassembled visual fragments. My work invites viewers to experience color not simply as something to see, but as a space to enter. COLOR BECOMES SPACE.
