About this artwork
In this work, I explore the power of silence. Delicate layers of white, rose, light blue, and subtle pastel shades overlap like memories that come and go. From this almost transparent atmosphere emerges a luminous red form—like a gateway, a passage, or an inner light.
When painting, I wasn't interested in depicting a specific place, but rather in the feeling of standing on a threshold: between inside and outside, past and future, the visible and… the invisible. The soft veils of color create a meditative calm, while the intense red forms a powerful counterpoint.
This small work invites you to pause, perceive your own feelings, and open yourself to new possibilities. Like many of my works in the ZENPOLYCHROMOS series, it understands color not as decoration, but as an experience – as a place of encountering oneself.

My work moves between intuitive process and conceptual clarity. Through my ongoing series Zenpolychromos, I explore color as space, energy and experience. Using transparent layers, gesture and rhythm, I create paintings that invite contemplation. For me, color is not decorative but a living presence that opens a space between movement and stillness. Each work develops through a process of layering, reduction and intuitive decisions, creating compositions that balance emotional depth with visual clarity. Alongside Zenpolychromos, my collage series Fragmented Being explores identity, memory and transformation through reassembled visual fragments. My work invites viewers to experience color not simply as something to see, but as a space to enter. COLOR BECOMES SPACE.
