About this artwork
A lush, multi-layered composition of dahlias unfolds on the canvas. Each flower is drawn with jeweller's precision: hundreds of petals form soft spirals pulsating with inner light. The palette ranges from milky white to delicate pink and creamy pearl, creating an effect of transparent, light tenderness.
The flowers form a natural cascade — from open centres to more compact buds at the bottom. Against a light background, the dahlias glow with a soft… inner radiance and exist in a space of silent tranquillity.
Work on the painting began in the spring of 2023 but was suspended: a period of new adaptation, searching for calm in the storm and restoring oneself began. In the spring of 2025, work on the canvas continued and was completed in September 2025.
Dahlias as a metaphor for returning to oneself, a symbol of going through trials and emerging from them renewed. But this journey felt like it lasted forever, and the painting was named Infinity.
Tanya Golodynska is a Ukrainian artist whose works transform floral motifs into meditative explorations of emotions, presence, and inner energy. A graduate of the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts, she combines precision with freedom of painterly expression, creating large-format oil paintings that balance delicacy and power.
Tanya's compositions reveal the harmonious interaction of dynamic floral forms and multi-layered textures, with each brushstroke reflecting patience, concentration, and a personal dialogue with the canvas. Her works embody the quiet power, emotional depth, and lyrical beauty of nature, offering viewers the intimacy of contemplation.
In 2023, Tanya’s large-format painting "Full of Life" (oil on canvas, 150×100 cm) was presented at the London Art Biennale under the name Tetiana Rybina.
In 2024-25 – participants in numerous all-Ukrainian exhibitions.
