A realistic drawing of the majesty of Oregon's wilderness, around the Portland area. Mother nature's splendor of the vista is on display, as are fine details of trees, leaves, and shrubs.
This sketch is from a picture I took on a trip to Portland, Oregon. While we were driving around we passed a beautiful graveyard. There was a bench and an opening among the bushes, with this beautiful view of the valley. I took this picture with the intention that… one day I will sketch it, and when I did, it was so satisfying to bring my vision on to paper. This sketch required an incredible amount of attention to detail.
