Samurais, Geishas, Kinbaku-bi and Cherry Blossom Art. 武士は食わねど高楊枝 – Bushi wa kuwanedo takayôji I have always been inspired and fascinated by Japanese Culture. From their respect of life and death and their poetic calligraphy and Origamis. From the aesthetics… way they serve food and arrange flowers and create interiors. I have myself become an amateur Japanese culinary chef. I admire the bravery and elegance of the well trained Samurais and the colourful and well educated Geishas. From the sharpness of the Samurai swords to the softness of the Kimono Fabrics, and the minimalistic Death poetry.
