About this artwork
Tension can tingle. The appeal of this painting lies in the awareness that it could have been something different if the artist had added more colours. The fact is that there were red areas in the upper half, which were then painted over with fawn gray as a placeholder for another colour. It has matured all by itself over time and was finally declared complete, although there is something mysterious about it that cannot be localized.
