About this artwork
A beautiful cottage in the old world. Palette knife oil captures the charm and texture. After a trip to Oxford and the Cotswolds, I came back home with many photos of the old world architecture. I've been painting many pieces from that wonderful trip.

Thomas Stotts is an award-winning American artist whose paintings have been exhibited in the United States. His artistic practice was at one time primarily concerned with photorealistic renderings. However, Stotts expression progressed into the creation of atmospheric landscapes. All of his compositions, including abstracts, are imbued with engaging textural elements. He most often creates using acrylics on canvas.
