About this artwork
Inspired by the legendary light mastery of I. Ibryaev, this original watercolor painting is a powerful exploration of atmosphere and contrast. While created to capture a personal fascination with the play of sunbeams, viewers at exhibitions have noted that it perfectly encapsulates the zeitgeist of our modern world—its conflicts, rapid pace, and underlying hopes.

I paint what I miss, what I can’t quite see, or what simply slipped away—the things I yearn for and want to embrace. Because these moments are so fleeting, I can only recreate them from memory or a frozen photograph, using the fluid, delicate nature of watercolor to bring them to life. Sharing these personal stories through international exhibitions has allowed me to connect with people worldwide. Ultimately, I just want to capture a sense of quiet clarity that viewers can take with them.
