Part of a series of 8 original paintings, The ‘Castle’ Series emerged from a process of pure mark making: line, contrast, perspective and colour built… up intuitively until something unexpected appeared. Architectural forms rose out of the chaos. Towers. Lines. Structures half imagined, half remembered.
