Part of a series of 8 original paintings, The ‘Castle’ Series emerged from a process of pure mark making: line, contrast, perspective and colour built up intuitively… until something unexpected appeared. Architectural forms rose out of the chaos. Towers. Lines. Structures half imagined, half remembered.
Each print is produced on demand and framed to order, ready to dispatch within two weeks.

Tracy Pritchard is a South African-born painter based in Dorset, England. With 26 years of experience as an art educator, she came to her own artistic voice in 2021.
Her work is rooted in a childhood of South African mountains, Cape Town coastlines and earth, expressed through abstract forms that feel ancient, emotional and alive. Working with acrylics, ink, texture mediums and resin, she builds her canvases slowly and intuitively, layer by layer, each one revealing something the last one hid. The result is complex, textured surfaces that reward the patient eye: there is always something new to find.
Pritchard’s two series, The Dreaming Ground and The Earth Series, are different in feeling but share the same heartbeat. Both are made for people who want something on their wall that looks back at them.
She has exhibited across the South of England, including solo and group exhibitions at Dorset Art Weeks (2021, 2022, 2024) and a solo show at The Strawberry Gallery (2025).
