About this artwork
I created the wall piece "Eels" after reading the Irish short story of the same name by B. Mac Laverty. Its message touched me deeply and led to further thoughts. For me, the wall piece represents the embodiment of the entire story. Its three-dimensionality is particularly emphasized by the interplay of the lighting.
