About this artwork
An awakening that whatever happens, happens for a reason. Life is ruled by the law of opposites and yet there is nothing black or white about it but multiple levels of greys in every possible shade of colour. The knowledge that everything has a cycle which has a beginning and an end is heartening.This was my last painting in this series. It was inspired by an all pervading feeling. A deep sense of peace, satisfaction, joy, and a sense of surreality…
which made me feel like I was ensconced in a magical enchanted dream. A dream which is my reality and continues to enchant.
