Spirits of Niké explores the idea of movement suspended in time -a presence rising through air and flame, poised between destruction and victory. Referencing Niké, the ancient goddess of victory, the work reflects strength not as domination, but as endurance.
The crackled, rumpled surface evokes the passage of centuries, recalling classical sculpture shaped by time, erosion, and survival.
Rather than depicting triumph as power, the painting presents… it as something fragile yet persistent.
Through layered textures and restrained motion, the work becomes an expression of hope -suggesting that grace can endure
as structures of power fall away.
