About this artwork
While cycling back home through Rieselfeld, I was captivated by the sunset's light on the trees. The vibrant orange hues against the blue sky were mesmerizing. I paused to sketch this scene. Back in my studio, I transferred the sketch onto watercolor paper and painted the inspiring view with acrylics. A video of the painting process is available on my Instagram.
