Vida Göhlmann

Vida Göhlmann is an Iranian-born artist and founder of Vida’s Art, based in Freiburg, Germany. With a background in Physics and a self-taught artistic practice, she explores the relationship between color, harmony, and perception. Her work is guided by a scientific curiosity for how colors interact and by a deep appreciation for the patterns and balance found in nature. Working primarily in oil, while also experimenting with watercolor and mixed media, she creates paintings that seek to unite analytical precision with intuitive beauty.
